We are excited to offer a limited quantity of spots at a discounted rate in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15 at $250 for members of HYLA and our sponsoring organizations, $350 for non-members and $150 for guests (this includes attendance at the private evening tour of the Museum of Anthropology, as well as gourmet dinner with drink pairings on Thursday evening).
Your conference fee will cover all CLE and Conference sessions, a Houston Kickoff reception and CLE session, Welcome Reception on Wednesday in Mexico City, private after-hours tour of the world-famous Museum of Anthropology, gourmet dinner and drink pairings on Thursday evening and much more! Please see draft agenda below. Additional social and cultural offerings, including a food tour and Xochimilco UNESCO World Heritage tour, will be organized for the group.
The Passport to Mexico City conference committee has arranged a block of rooms at the beautiful, five-star Camino Real hotel, which is a 15 minute walk from the Museum of Anthropology at a discounted rate of $179/night, which you can book with a code that will be emailed to you after your registration. Hotel and airfare are not included.
