We need an experienced and dedicated Trial Attorney with strong trial and courtroom

experience. This role requires jury trial experience, thorough legal research capabilities, and the

ability to manage complex litigation cases effectively. Candidate will be responsible for

representing clients in court and administrative proceedings. Experience in Employment law, or

Personal Injury law, or Medical Malpractice law is a plus. FOR TYLA MEMBERS, THE

UTMOST ZEAL TO BE TRAINED IN THESE AREAS IS REQUIRED

 Responsibilities

 Represent clients in civil litigation

 Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies.

 Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

 Conduct depositions and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

 Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and developing case strategies.

Requirements

 Admission to the Texas bar or have Texas Bar within a year.

 Experience or knowledge in civil litigation is preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases

simultaneously
