Bivona Law focuses on helping injured children across Texas as well as victims of motor vehicle accidents, premises injuries, and work injuries. We litigate in house. Only four years old, we are growing at a ridiculously fast pace and need help. We aren't your average, boring law firm. Duties of a new associate attorney will include handling some pre-litigation settlement negotiations and managing a docket of litigation cases including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial.

Grades in law school are irrelevant. We're looking for a passionate, driven young attorney who wants to learn and practice personal injury and litigation.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Experience not needed but considered.

Salary commensurate to the local market based on experience. Health, dental, and vision insurance provided. Flexible paid days off each year, which grow in number year after year (in addition to federal holidays).
