Senior Trial Attorney Opportunity

• Thrive in a culture of ethics, fun, excellence, winning, client happiness, and financial profitability
• Take charge of a reasonable docket and collaborate on winning strategies
• Persuasively advocate for clients in your preferred practice area(s).
• Continually master skills in law, leadership, business, client service, and technology to become your best version of yourself

• Minimal production: 1,200 billable/collectible hours per year

Competitive Compensation, Bonuses & Benefits Package

• Earn 35% to 50% of your billables/collectibles—no earnings cap (i.e. 1,200 billed/collected hours at $400 an hour = $168,000 base comp; 1,800 hours at $400 an hour = $276,000 base comp
• Client origination credit—15-20% bonus on each dollar billed/collected firmwide that you personally originate—no bonus cap (i.e. Originate $100,000 of billables/collectibles firmwide = $20,000 bonus in year one and $15,000 a year thereafter)
• Virtually unlimited PTO
• Free secured, covered garage parking; free random meals and happy hours; free CLE and other development; and free Texas Bar dues
• Beautifully remodeled offices with easy access to Historic Buffalo Bayou and walk, bike & kayak trails
• After 90 days: $400 monthly for insurance and $1 for $1 match up to $300 monthly in retirement plan (100% immediate vesting)

Trial Attorney Minimum Requirements

5+ years of first-chair commercial/civil trial wins in Texas state or U.S. district courts.
