Family Law Firm in Westchase, Houston, seeks a full time Bilingual Divorce Attorney.

You will be able to handle all aspects of a divorce, child support case, modification of the parent child relationship case from day one. Common tasks include drafting agreements, court orders, pleadings, discovery, attending mediation and trial in a fast paced environment. You will handle the client’s case from beginning to end while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You must be willing to go to trial as needed.

Qualifications

• Spanish Speaking required
• Family law experience required
• Licensed by the State Bar of Texas
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Excellent litigation skills
• Negotiable; salary commensurate with experience.
• Pay is based on experience
• $100,000.00-$110,000.00 plus monthly bonuses based on billable hours.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday 8:a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
