The Allyship Committee was established in 2020 following the death of George Floyd. The Allyship Committee works to actively promote and advance a culture of equity and inclusion for young lawyers in the legal profession through the delivery of intentional, positive, and thoughtful programming highlighting the intersections of race, gender, and related social injustice issues. The Committee aims to foster an environment where members can learn about the issues facing our minority colleagues and best serve their needs as allies.
