Senior Trial Attorney Opportunity

• Thrive in a culture of ethics, fun, excellence, winning, client happiness, financial profitability, and emotional health for you and your team
• Take charge of a reasonable Litigation docket and collaborate on winning strategies
• Persuasively and professionally advocate for clients in your preferred practice area(s).
• Continually master skills in law, leadership, business, client service, and technology to become your best version of yourself
• Mentor and be mentored in a collegial and collaborative environment
• Minimal production: 1,200 billable/collectible hours per year but earn additional meaningful compensation for extra production

Competitive Compensation, Bonuses & Benefits Package

• Earn 35% to 50% of each dollar you bill/collect—no earnings cap (i.e. 1,200 billed/collected hours at $370 an hour = $155,200 base comp, 1,800 hours at $370 an hour = $255,356 base comp, 1,200 billed/collected hours at $500 an hour = $210,000 base comp, or 1,800 hours at $500 an hour = $345,075 base comp)
• Client origination credit—20% bonus on each dollar billed/collected firmwide that you personally originate your first 12 months; 15% bonus thereafter—no bonus cap (i.e. You originate $100,000 of billed/collected hours firmwide in your first year = $20,000 origination bonus)
• Escalating monthly bonus for continuous monthly production >100 billable/collectible hours
• Virtually unlimited PTO
• Free secured, covered garage parking; free random meals, happy hours, and other fun activities; free CLE and other professional development; and free dues for Texas Bar and one other professional/networking organization
• Beautifully remodeled offices with easy access to Historic Buffalo Bayou and walk, bike & kayak trails
• After 90 days: receive $400 monthly for medical, disability, and life insurance and $1 for $1 match up to $300 monthly in retirement plan (100% immediate vesting)

Trial Attorney Minimum Requirements

5+ years of multiple first-chair commercial/civil trial wins in Texas state or U.S. district courts.
